What does emigrating to Denmark cost?
Answer four questions and you have an honest range for your situation. For every item you see whether it's a checked rate or an estimate. The paperwork costs zero kroner here. The money is in the deposit, the first months and, if it comes along, the car.

A rough indication for your situation
A few short questions, and you get a range instead of an amount. That's deliberate: an exact figure would suggest a precision nobody has.

This is the biggest item of this route, because a rental home asks for a lot of money up front. Under the rent act (lejeloven), landlords may ask three months' deposit plus three months' rent in advance. That is up to six months' rent before you get the key. Add the double costs in the months of searching and a price level above the Dutch one. If you are going to work, the employer withholds an emergency rate of 8% + 55% as long as your tax card is not sorted. You get it back at the annual settlement, but it weighs on your cash flow in precisely these months.
And if you buy a house?
This calculation assumes renting: the first months include deposit and rent in advance.
If you buy, count on 1 to 3% of the purchase price on top of this amount. On a home of € 250,000 that's € 2.500 to € 7.500.
Denmark is one of the cheapest countries to buy in: count on 1 to 3% in total. That is a fraction of what Spain or Belgium costs. There is no transfer tax as we know it. You pay the tinglysningsafgift, for registration of the deed: a fixed DKK 1,850 plus 0.6% of the purchase price. If you borrow for the home, you also pay duty on the mortgage deed (pantebrev): a fixed DKK 1,825 plus 1.25% of the amount borrowed. A lawyer usually charges between DKK 10,000 and 25,000.
Note: buying isn't simply allowed here
You cannot simply buy from the Netherlands. Anyone without a permanent residence in Denmark needs permission from the Ministry of Justice. EU citizens who settle in Denmark and have their main residence there can usually buy without that permission. Stricter rules apply to a summer house: as a rule, you must already have lived in Denmark for five years.
An order of magnitude based on averages, not a quote. The real amounts depend on your occupation, your route, the season and dozens of choices you still have to make.
