Fiscaal inwoner kan al vanaf 60 dagen

Naast de gewone 183-dagenregel kent Cyprus een 60-dagenroute naar fiscaal inwonerschap, voor wie nergens anders 183 dagen zit, een woning op Cyprus heeft en er werkt of een bedrijf bestuurt.

Voor emigranten die het hele jaar op Cyprus wonen is dit niet relevant — die zijn gewoon inwoner. Het wordt relevant voor wie heen en weer blijft reizen: houd je dagen bij, want inwonerschap is hier geen gevoel maar een telling.
